This student desires to engage in Qur'an recitation lessons provided by the Taqwa Academy, and the Taqwa Academy agrees to offer such services under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement;

1.0 Engagement:

The student agrees to participate in Qur'an recitation lessons provided by the Taqwa Academy under the following terms, and the Academy agrees to offer such lessons in accordance with this Agreement.

2.0 Services Provided:

Taqwa Academy agrees to provide:

• A minimum of 45 minutes of Qur'an recitation instruction per week for all students, unless otherwise agreed upon between the student, teacher, and Academy.
• Instruction by qualified teachers who will maintain a calendar to track attendance and session durations for each student.

3.0 Student Responsibilities:

The student agrees to:

• Attend all scheduled Qur'an recitation lessons on time.
• Participate in a minimum of 45 minutes of instruction per week, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Academy, teacher, and student.
• Provide at least [3] hours notice if unable to attend a scheduled session. Any missed sessions by students may or may not be subject to being rescheduled based on the teacher's availability. Emergencies may be held as exceptions based upon their circumstances.

4.0 Fees and Payments:

• The student agrees to pay the Academy a monthly fee of $100 + tax for the Qur'an recitation lessons. Pricing adjustments may apply if additional classes are taken. Further discussion on pricing may be available for students.
• Payments must be made by 10th of each month through PayPal.
• Failure to pay the fees on time may result in the suspension of lessons until payment is made.
• Students requiring financial assistance should refer to the official financial aid policy outlined here.

5.0 Confidentiality and Breach

5.1 Confidentiality:

• The Student and the Academy agree that all information shared during the course of the lessons, including personal details, teaching methods, or other proprietary information related to the Academy, is confidential.
• The student and/or their Parent/Guardian shall not disclose or share any such information to third parties without prior written consent from the Academy.

5.2 Breach of Confidentiality:

• If the Student or their Parent/Guardian is found to have disclosed confidential information without authorization, the Academy reserves the right to:
  1. Terminate this Agreement immediately without any refund of fees paid.
  2. Pursue legal remedies to recover damages caused by the breach.
  3. Prevent the Student from re-enrolling in the Academy’s programs.

6.0 Termination:

• Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing 7 days' written notice.
• The Academy reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if the student:
  1. Fails to attend the required lessons consistently.
  2. Fails to comply with the payment terms.
  3. Breaches the confidentiality clause outlined in Section 5.
• Any unused portion of the monthly fee, in the event of early termination, will not be refunded unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

• If five consecutive lessons are missed, the student may be subject to termination based upon the discretion of the teacher/Academy. Non-consecutive missed lessons may be subject to further review based upon the discretion of the teacher/Academy.

7.0 Code of Conduct:

The student agrees to:

• Show respect to the teacher and fellow students.
• Actively participate in the lessons and follow the teacher's instructions.
• Refrain from any disruptive behavior that could negatively impact the learning environment.

8.0 Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior agreements, written or oral, between the parties.
