SACRED BONDS

A practical and reflective guide to preparing for, building, and sustaining a meaningful marriage rooted in Prophetic principles.

COURSE OVERVIEW

Sacred Bonds is a reflective and practical course designed to prepare individuals for one of life’s most significant commitments. Grounded in the Qurʾānic concept of ﴾مِيثَاقًا غَلِيظًا﴿ (a solemn covenant), the course explores marriage as a purposeful, spiritually anchored relationship rather than a mere social contract.

Students will engage with Prophetic guidance, develop personal readiness, and gain the tools necessary to build, nurture, and sustain a healthy marriage. Through a balanced approach combining spiritual insight and practical skills, the course addresses preparation, emotional and physical intimacy, conflict resolution, and the cultivation of harmony within broader social and family contexts.
